I was delighted to be invited to speak at DHI's Concerned Other Conference Reach Out 2020. Despite the challenges of lock down, DHI bravely decided to press ahead with the conference in an online format this year. This was a first for us all. The Conference was broadcast live on Facebook. And a special thanks to all those colleagues who said hello in the comments section. Unfortunately I could not see them at the time and could only read them after.
