Willpower: Is it all in the mind?

Historically it was always believed that willpower was limited.  For example, research showed that those who were encouraged to suppress emotions whilst watching sad films could not sustain subsequent physical workouts as long as those who let their emotions go when watching the same film.  A recent study has questioned this finding.  It suggests that you have as much willpower as you think that you have.  To read a review click here.
