I have just been asked to deliver training in adolescent development across Cornwall. The training courses are being funded by Children's Early Help, Psychology and Social Care Services, Education, Health and Social Care, Cornwall Council. The two day course will examine a range of developmental issues with young people. The first day will focus on social and neurological development and its relationship to the emotional well being of young people. Whilst the second day will focus on interventions to support young people across a wide range of emotional needs. Learning will also be supported through a new E-Learning section on this web site. The training will run for two years and be open to a wide range of professionals working with young people in the county. Dates will be announced soon.
