The research and results of the HOPE feasibility study have been published. This was a suicide prevention intervention designed to support people experiencing financial hardship who presented and A&E departments. I supported the pilot, delivered by Second Step in Bristol. The team delivered brief interventions in the form of Motivational Interviewing alongside financial & debt advice. To read the published paper click here.
